Cancellation and Returns Policy

Any product order cancelled within 24hrs or prior to dispatch will incur no penalty.  After dispatch, please refer to returns policy.
Any 3d printing order cancelled before commencement of production will incur no penalty.  Any 3d printing order cancelled after commencement of production will incur materials charges, on a case by case basis.

 

For returns, a "Return Authorisation" must be issued by Fabricat3d prior to the return of any goods, which can be obtained by emailing sales@fabricat3d.com.au. Goods returned must include a copy of this return Authorisation, or they will not be accepted.
All returns are to be sent to Fabricat3d freight prepaid, unless otherwise agreed and specified in the Return Authorisation.
If payment of product was done by credit card, there is a 3% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed by Fabricat3d. Items returned after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. Items returned for refund must be clean, and remain in new, 're-sellable' condition. Proper packaging for shipping will be the responsibility of the customer for any goods returned within 30 days from the date the machine or products are received. A refund will be given after inspection has been made and goods remain in new condition and are not damaged.


Refund or replacement of 3D printed items will be granted where-

  1. The item does not match the purchasers order specification and design.
  2. The materials do not match the purchasers’ specification.

NO refund will be provided where product failure is the result of a design provided by the purchaser. Fabricat3d will provide advice on design and materials, but accept no responsibility for the purchasers’ design decisions.  Design services are available on request at an additional charge.
